Hi, I'm Turia
Running has been part of my life for years, not just in big races or tough moments, but in the quiet, ordinary weeks.
It’s been how I reset.
How I rebuilt.
How I proved to myself I could keep going.
Over time, I realised something important.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
That’s why I created Move with Turia, to bring together everything I’ve learned about resilience, progress and showing up for yourself, even when life is busy.
As an ultramarathoner, author and speaker, I’ve seen firsthand what real strength looks like, and it’s rarely loud.
