I’m Turia.

Running has always been part of my life. From school cross country carnivals as a grom, to running after work to deal with stress, to entering a (life-changing) ultramarathon… to learning how to run after having kids.
(Don’t get me started on the Instagram advice to just get up before the kids.)
I built this space because I know - from my own experience of rehabilitating after extensive burns -Â just how non-inclusive the fitness industry can be.
I’ve been judged for walking on treadmills, told to cover up, and made to feel like I didn’t belong.
So I built Move with Turia.
It’s a space where running fits into real life.
Where you don’t have to be perfect to start.
And where all bodies belong.
