Ia Orana, I'm Turia 🤎
I'm a running coach, author, and mum to two energetic little boys.
In 2011, I was caught in a grassfire while competing in an ultramarathon and sustained burns to 65% of my body. Recovery took years, but over time I found my way back to running.
Since then, I've written bestselling books, competed at the Ironman World Championships, and coached more than 40,000 people through my programs.
These days, my focus is simple: helping everyday women feel stronger, more confident, and more capable through running.
Because fitness shouldn't feel like punishment.
